Steam Riders

 Standard Contract Rider No. 1 - Fuel Cost Adjustment
Charges applicable to the Utility's steam customers served under Steam Rate 1 and Steam Rate 2. The Rider No. 1 charge is primarily designed to adjust rates in order to recover the current estimated cost of fuel incurred to provide steam to end-use customers. Typically, the rate is updated once per year.
