Natural Gas Riders for Marion County

 RIDER A - GAS SUPPLY CHARGES
Charges applicable to the Utility's End-Use Customers and/ or 3rd Party Suppliers designed to recover the cost of gas and related off-system services, including pipeline transportation and balancing services, incurred by the Utility to provide Gas Supply Service to the End-Use Customer's meter. Typically, the rate is updated monthly and results in a unique charge for each Rate Class.

 RIDER B - CURRENT GAS SUPPLY CHARGES
Charges applicable to the Utility's End-Use Customers and /or 3rd Party Suppliers to recover the cost of gas and related off-system services, including pipeline transportation and balancing services, incurred by the Utility to provide Supply of Last Resort, Basic Usage Balancing, and Non-Performance services.

 RIDER C - CUSTOMER BENEFIT ADJUSTMENT
A credit designed to distribute, to all customers, funds as approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission

 RIDER D - NORMAL TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT
Adjusts each Customer’s monthly billed amount to reverse the impact on margin recovery caused by non-normal temperatures during the billing period, as measured by actual heating degree day variations from normal heating degree days

 RIDER E - ENERGY EFFICIENCY ADJUSTMENT
Adjusts Gas Rate Nos. D1, D2, D3, and D4 to reflect an Energy Efficiency Funding Component and a Sales Reconciliation Component.

 RIDER F - UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND
Allows for recovery of the unfunded balance in the Universal Service Fund from residential and commercial customers receiving service under Gas Rate Nos. D1, D2, D3 and D4.
