Utility Work Will Close Lanes Along West Street
INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Thermal Energy, a division of Citizens Gas & Coke Utility, advises that utility work for the new Lucas Oil Stadium will result in lane closures along southbound West Street through the end of February.
Utility work currently has resulted in closure of the three lanes on the west side of West Street between the railroad overpass and South Street . These west side lanes are expected to reopen around Feb. 13. When construction under the west side lanes is complete, further construction will result in closure of the three east side lanes of the same stretch through at least Feb. 29th .
