Jeff Willman Joins Citizens Gas & Coke Utility as Director

INDIANAPOLIS – Jeff Willman has joined Citizens Gas & Coke Utility as Director of Utility Systems Management in the Strategic Growth Initiatives Department. Willman will report to Barbara Smith, General Manager of Strategic Growth Initiatives.

Willman comes to Citizens Gas after serving as Vice President of Business Development for 316 Investments, LLC. Prior to his most recent position, Willman held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility at Indianapolis Power & Light ranging from Electric Production Engineer to Director of Corporate Affairs.

A native of Indianapolis, Willman has a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville and a MBA from Butler University.
