Citizens Gas Again Among Top Utilities in the Midwest

INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Gas & Coke Utility announced today that for the fifth straight year it has been ranked among the top four utilities in the Midwest for overall customer satisfaction, according to an independent study of residential gas utility customers conducted by the prestigious J.D. Power and Associates®.

The Overall Customer Satisfaction index for Citizens Gas was 655, which placed fourth in the Midwest and only four points behind MidAmerican Energy, the top ranked utility in the region. Citizens Gas also scored well above the Midwest average for customer satisfaction, which was 610. Citizens Gas ranked particularly strong for billing and payment and company image. It also recorded improvement in 5-out-of-7 categories measured.
