Chris Braun Promoted at Citizens Gas

INDIANAPOLIS – Citizens Gas & Coke Utility announced today that it has promoted Chris Braun to General Manager, Gas Operations. Braun had been Director, Distribution Operations.

In his new role, Braun will be responsible for gas distribution operations, fleet and facility operations, gas supply, underground storage and Citizens Gas of Westfield.

Since joining Citizens Gas in 1986, Braun has held positions of increasing responsibility including Manager of Standards & Measurement, and Superintendent of Field Operations.

A licensed Professional Engineer, Braun has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and a master's in business administration from the University of Indianapolis .

Braun's professional contributions include board service for the Indiana Underground Plant Protection Service, and key committees of the American Gas Association. His civic contributions include being a member of the American Red Cross Board of Directors.
