Rates and Regulatory Notices

Citizens Energy Group currently provides natural gas services to residential and commercial customers in Marion County and Westfield, Indiana, and steam energy services to commercial, industrial and institutional customers in the Downtown Indianapolis area. Citizens also is requesting permission from the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) to acquire the community's water and wastewater utilities. Gas and steam rates are approved by the IURC. If the water and wastewater acquisition is approved, water and wastewater rates also would also be approved by the IURC.

Steam Rates

Citizens Thermal, a division of Citizens Energy Group provides steam to customers in downtown Indianapolis. Our customers pay rates that are approved by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.
